Supporting foreigners

Within the framework of our programme for foreigners we offer the support including integrating activities,  legalization of stay, education and vocational trainings. We assist also in other matters related to the stay in Poland.

INTEGRATING ACTIVITIES

(1) Adaptive training after arrival to Poland (people, culture, history, traditions)

(2)  Instruction on formal and legal matters (administrative offices, residence, transport)

(3) Access to information (accommodation, employment, system of education, study)

(4) Cultural integration events with Polish people and other foreign nations

(5) Preparing the e-guide providing detailed information on living in Poland

LEGALIZATION OF STAY IN POLAND

  • Temporary residence registration
  • Obtaining of PESEL number
  • Residence permit for students/TRC
  • Residence permit for business
  • Permanent residence permit
  • Long-term EU residence permit
  • Assistance in preparing of documents

EDUCATION AND TRAININGS

  • Business English language courses
  • Polish language courses

  • Trainings (certificates) confirming vocational  competences
  • Other specialist or language courses on request

 

Our ASSISTANCE in obtaining TRC includes:

♦ Consultation on requirements for TRC/Karta pobytu for study and vocational courses.

♦ Preparing your application in Polish language with checking of the attachments,  ready to submit to the Office for Foreigners.

♦ Assistance in booking an appointment in the Office for Foreigners.

♦ Final consultation on the further proceedings.

 

Administrative and service fees

  • Administrative fee paid by the Applicant during submitting of the Application to the Office for Foreigners – 340 PLN
  • Administrative fee for issuing of residence card/Karta pobytu paid to the Office for Foreigners after obtaining of positive decision for permit – 50 PLN
  • Fee for our service depending on the type of assistance.

 

TRC/Karta pobytu for  STUDY

Requirements and documents:

  • 2 copies of the application for a temporary residence permit
  • a valid travel document (2 photocopies),
  • confirmation from the university of acceptance for studies or continuation of studies,
  • proof of payment of the required tuition fees,  if they are payable,
  • documents confirming having health insurance or coverage by the insurer of the cost of treatment in Poland,
  • evidence of sufficient funds to cover the costs of living and return travel to the country of origin or residence and the cost of tuition,
  • 4 recent colour photographs, undamaged, size 45×35 mm, made in the last six months on a plain white background, with good focus, clearly showing the eyes and face from the top of the head to the top of the shoulders; the face should occupy 70-80% of the photograph,
  • confirmation of payment 340 PLN (administrative fee)

TRC/Karta pobytu for VOCATIONAL COURSE

Requirements and documents:

  • 2 copies of the application for a temporary residence permit
  • 4 recent colour photographs, undamaged, size 45×35 mm, made in the last six months on a plain white background, with good focus, clearly showing the eyes and face from the top of the head to the top of the shoulders; the face should occupy 70-80% of the photograph,
  • a valid travel document (2 photocopies)
  • documents confirming having health insurance or coverage by the insurer of the cost of treatment in Poland,
  • documents confirming having a stable and regular source of income sufficient to cover the costs of living for yourself and dependent family members,
  • documents confirming having a place of residence in the territory of Poland,
  • certificate confirming being enrolled in or continuing vocational training,
  • confirmation of payment 340 PLN (administrative fee)
